Welcome to HealthWatch - organized to provide patient safety products and services to all segments along the health care continuum. Our goals are to improve patient safety and to reduce the incidence of events that adversely affect patient safety. On November 5, 2008, HealthWatch was the tenth organization in the nation to receive initial certification as a Patient Safety Organization (PSO). This designation is given through the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
